The Florida Lakes Symphony Orchestra announces the 3rd Annual Guy Saint-Clair Young Artist Competition. The purpose of the competition is to give a young musician living in the Central Florida area the opportunity to appear as featured soloist (instrumental or vocal) with a professional orchestra.
